Clear compensation terms

Commission-only. No base salary or guaranteed income.

Earnings are tied to collected agency service fees on sales credited to the representative, before expenses. Client advertising spend is excluded: no commission is paid on ad spend.

Monthly services: recurring commission

For monthly services only, earn 5% on collected monthly service payments for months 2–12. No recurring commission after month 12 unless separately agreed. One-time services do not earn recurring commissions.

Growth Ads: $70/month for months 2–12.
Complete Growth Partner: $149.75/month for months 2–12.
